Property Feeds

What it does — Property feeds automatically import property listings from letting agent and property management software into Housr. Instead of agents manually adding every property, the system pulls data in and keeps it up to date — so students always see current availability and pricing.

Who uses it — Letting Agents and Property Operators (indirectly — their existing software does the work)

How it works

  1. A letting agent or property operator uses their own property management software (such as Jupix in the UK or Entrata in the US) to manage their portfolio
  2. Housr’s Property Feeds service connects to that software and periodically imports property data — including descriptions, photos, room details, pricing, and availability
  3. When an agent updates something in their own system (such as marking a room as let or changing a price), the feed picks up the change and updates the Housr listing automatically
  4. The Housr team can monitor feed health and resolve any issues through the Portal
