What it does — Students can request property viewings directly through the app and make enquiries about listings. Agents and landlords receive these requests and respond, keeping everything organised in one place.

How it works
Requesting a Viewing
- Find a property you are interested in
- Tap the “Book Viewing” or viewing request button on the property page
- Select your preferred date and time
- Submit the request
- The letting agent or landlord receives your request and confirms or suggests an alternative time
- You receive a notification when your viewing is confirmed
- The viewing appears in your Viewings tab in the app so you can keep track of upcoming visits
Making an Enquiry
- From any property listing, tap the enquiry or “Get in Touch” option
- Write your question or message
- The agent receives it and responds
- You are notified when you get a reply
Where it lives — Mobile App (viewings), Website and Mobile App (enquiries)
General enquiries can be made from the website. Full viewing management with scheduling and status tracking is available in the app.
