How it works

  1. The agent or landlord contacts Housr to set up a bills partnership for their properties
  2. Housr configures the bills offering for the relevant properties and areas
  3. When a student signs a tenancy for a partnered property, they are offered a Housr bills package
  4. The student chooses a package and signs up through the Housr app or website
  5. Housr manages the utility accounts — the student pays one simple monthly amount
  6. The agent benefits from a smoother move-in process and happier tenants, with no extra work on their end
