- Navigate to the Users section in the Portal
- Search for a user by name, email, or account type
- View a user’s profile, including their activity history, linked properties, and account status
- Key actions include:
- Verify accounts — Confirm agent or operator identities before granting access
- Edit account details — Update information on behalf of a user when needed
- Suspend or deactivate accounts — Temporarily or permanently restrict access for policy violations
- Provide support — Review account issues and resolve problems reported by users
- Filter and browse users by type (student, agent, operator), region, city, or university
