User Management

What it does — Admins manage all user accounts on the platform, including students, letting agents, and property operators. This covers account creation, verification, support, and suspension when necessary.

How it works

  1. Navigate to the Users section in the Portal
  2. Search for a user by name, email, or account type
  3. View a user’s profile, including their activity history, linked properties, and account status
  4. Key actions include:
    • Verify accounts — Confirm agent or operator identities before granting access
    • Edit account details — Update information on behalf of a user when needed
    • Suspend or deactivate accounts — Temporarily or permanently restrict access for policy violations
    • Provide support — Review account issues and resolve problems reported by users
  5. Filter and browse users by type (student, agent, operator), region, city, or university
