When many students are searching for properties at once (such as during peak letting season), concierge ensures every enquiry reaches the right agent quickly and efficiently.

- Navigate to the Concierge section in the Portal
- View all incoming student enquiries across the platform in a centralised queue
- Key actions include:
- Review enquiries — See enquiry details including the student’s preferences, budget, and preferred location
- Route to agents — Assign enquiries to the most appropriate agent based on the property, area, or availability
- Bulk management — Process multiple enquiries at once during high-volume periods
- Follow up — Track which enquiries have been picked up by agents and which still need attention
- Ensure no enquiry falls through the cracks, especially during busy periods like the start of the academic year
