What it does — Agents can manage tenancy contracts through the Housr platform using DocuSign integration. Once a student has viewed a property and agreed to proceed, the agent sends a contract for electronic signature. This removes the need for paper contracts and makes the signing process fast and convenient for both parties.

Who uses it — Agent / Student

How it works

1. The agent prepares a tenancy contract using their standard templates
2. Through the Portal, the agent sends the contract to the student via DocuSign
3. The student receives a notification and can review the contract on their device
4. The student signs the contract electronically through DocuSign
5. Both parties receive a signed copy for their records
6. The contract status is tracked in the Portal — sent, viewed, signed, or expired
