Saving & Comparing

What it does — Students can save properties they like and come back to them later. They can also create groups with friends to share saved properties and decide on a house together.

How it works

Saving Properties

1. While browsing listings, tap the heart or save icon on any property
2. The property is added to your Likes tab in the app
3. Come back any time to review your saved properties
4. Remove properties you are no longer interested in by tapping the icon again

Sharing with Friends

1. Create a group or invite friends to an existing group
2. Share saved properties with your group
3. Everyone in the group can see the shared properties
4. Discuss and compare options together to decide which properties to view

Where it lives — Mobile App

Saving and group sharing features are available in the app. The website allows browsing, but saving and comparing requires the app.
