How It Works
Agents and landlords access everything through the Housr Portal, a web-based management tool. Once onboarded, you can begin listing properties, and students will start seeing them on the Housr website and mobile app.
When a student is interested in a property, you will receive an enquiry or viewing request in the Portal. From there, you can respond, schedule viewings, chat with the student, and eventually progress to contracts and move-in.
Regional Availability
Housr operates in both the UK and the US. Some features like contracts and bills partnerships are currently UK-focused, while core listing and enquiry management is available in both regions.
