Listing Properties
What it does — Agents and landlords add their rental properties to Housr so students can discover them. Each listing includes photos, pricing, room configurations, amenities, and location details. Properties can be added manually through the Portal or imported automatically via property feeds.

How it works
- Log in to the Housr Portal
- Navigate to Properties and select “Add Property”
- Enter the property details: address, description, number of rooms, and pricing
- Upload photos of the property, individual rooms, and shared spaces
- Specify amenities (e.g. Wi-Fi included, parking, garden, en-suite bathrooms)
- Configure room-level details — each room can have its own price, photos, and availability dates
- Publish the listing — it becomes visible to students on the Housr website and app
- Update the listing at any time to reflect pricing changes, new photos, or availability
For agents who use letting software (such as Alto, Jupix, or similar), Housr can import property data automatically through property feeds. This means listings stay up to date without manual effort. Speak with Housr to set up a feed integration.
