Housr admins use the Portal to manage all aspects of the platform. This includes overseeing users, properties, events, perks, bills, content configuration, and moderation. The Portal is a web-based tool with elevated access that gives the Housr operations team full control over the platform.

How It Works

Admins log in to the Housr Portal, which provides a comprehensive dashboard for platform operations. From there, each area of the platform is accessible through dedicated sections. Admin access is role-based, so team members see the tools relevant to their responsibilities.

Regional Scope

Admins manage both the UK and US markets from a single Portal. Some features — like bills management — are region-specific, while others like user and property management span both markets.
