How it works
- Choose a city or university from the homepage or search bar
- Browse available properties in a list view or map view
- Use filters to narrow results by price range, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, and distance to university
- Tap on a property to see the full detail page — photos, floor plans, pricing per room, included amenities, and location on a map
- From the property page, enquire with the agent or save it for later
Where it lives — Website and Mobile App
The website is ideal for initial browsing and research. The app offers the same search experience with the added benefit of saving properties, sharing with friends, and requesting viewings directly.
Regional availability — UK and US
Both markets have full property search. The UK market typically has more properties listed due to Housr’s longer presence there.
