What it does — Agents can pay to boost their property listings so they appear more prominently in search results and explore screens. Boosted properties get higher placement, which means more student views and more enquiries.

Who uses it — Agent / Landlord

How it works

1. Log in to the Portal and find the property you want to promote
2. Select the Boost option for that listing
3. Choose a boost package — options vary by duration and level of visibility
4. Confirm and pay for the boost
5. The property moves to a more prominent position in search results and explore screens on the Housr website and app
6. While the boost is active, the listing receives increased visibility to students browsing in the relevant city
7. Track the performance of your boosted listing through the Insights dashboard
