Integrations
Housr connects with a range of third-party services to power different parts of the platform. This section explains what each integration does and where it fits in.
Integration Categories
| Category | What It Covers | Key Services |
|---|---|---|
| Payment Processing | Taking payments from students and partners | RyftPay, Finix, Stripe |
| Property Feeds | Importing property data from agent software | Entrata, Jupix, BLM, Aspasia, RTDF, Veco |
| CRM | Managing relationships with agents and partners | HubSpot |
| Communications | Sending notifications, emails, and texts | Firebase Cloud Messaging, Twilio, Mailgun |
| Identity & Auth | Signing students in and verifying identity | Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, Firebase Authentication |
How Integrations Fit Together
Most integrations sit behind the scenes. Students and agents interact with the Housr app, website, or portal — and the platform handles communication with third-party services automatically.
For example, when a student signs in with their Apple account, Housr uses Apple Sign-In and Firebase Authentication to verify them. When an agent updates a property in Jupix, Housr’s property feed service picks up the change and updates the listing automatically. When a student makes a payment, Housr routes it through the appropriate payment provider.
