What it does — Admins handle content moderation across the platform, including managing disputes between users, reviewing ratings and reviews, and enforcing community standards. This ensures the platform remains safe, accurate, and trustworthy for all users.

How it works
- Navigate to the Moderation section in the Portal
- Key responsibilities include:
- Content review — Review user-submitted content such as profile information, photos, and messages for policy compliance
- Ratings and reviews — Monitor property and agent reviews left by students, and address any that are inappropriate, inaccurate, or disputed
- Dispute resolution — Investigate and mediate disputes between students and agents (e.g. disagreements about property conditions, viewing no-shows, or communication issues)
- Policy enforcement — Take action on accounts that violate Housr’s terms, ranging from warnings to suspensions
- Use moderation tools to flag, remove, or approve content
- Document decisions for audit and consistency
