How it works

1. Navigate to the Properties section in the Portal
2. Browse or search all listings across the platform — filter by city, agent, status, or region
3. Key responsibilities include:
   • Property feeds — Monitor automated imports from letting software, troubleshoot feed errors, and manage feed configurations for each agent
   • Featured properties — Select and prioritise properties to feature on city pages, explore screens, and search results
   • Data quality — Review listings for completeness and accuracy, flag or correct issues like missing photos, incorrect pricing, or outdated availability
   • Listing management — Publish, unpublish, or edit any listing when agents need assistance or when content does not meet standards
4. Track overall platform property metrics — total listings, active vs inactive, feed health
